2018 Pinot Noir

This SIX26 Pinot Noir is packed with bright and juicy notes of black cherries, plums, clove, and subtle hints of orange meringue. This wine finishes off the palate with velvety tannins and essence of sweet toasty oak. The grapes were traditionally fermented until dry in stainless steel tanks. Roughly 50% were sent to oak barrels for secondary fermentation and aged between 8-12 months. The other 50% completed its secondary fermentation and aged in stainless steel tanks. 2019 Rosè

This dry SIX26 Rosé is a summer wine that hits the palate with deep smooth layers of fresh strawberry, watermelon, and clean crisp minerality. This SIX26 Rosé was produced via the Saignée method - bleeding off excess grape juice from the must early in the winemaking process. The skin-contact method was then used by cold-soaking the de-stemmed grapes for 24 hours. After, they must be removed and pressed. 2018 Sauvignon Blanc
